Design & Build

In 2016 we decided to set up a design and build practice, capitalising on the skills learnt from our years as residential developers.  To this end Knight By Design was born and now carries out a number of refurbishments and redevelopments on behalf of private clients.

The business continues to grow significantly year on year and is expected to oversee/project manage c. £2,000,000 of construction contracts in 2024.
