Oak Artisans

In Q3 2024 The Knight James Group acquired a major shareholding in Oak Artisans Holdings and its associated companies, making us the joint largest shareholder.  The deal includes an option agreement to enable us to purchase another tranche of shares in late 2025, making us the majority shareholders.

The business currently sells around £1.2M per year of luxury flooring from its shop in Kensington.  

We plan to capitalise the business and support the existing management team, whilst driving significant growth at the company, particularly when it comes to online sales.

Our CEO, Ben Wilson, has also taken a seat on the board and become the Chairman of the business.
