Property development remains the heart of the group and accounts for more than three quarters of our revenue.
We are always looking to acquire residential and mixed use property in the prime parts of West, Central and North London and have completed more than 60 developments and refurbishments in these areas.
We have built up a very strong reputation for creating beautifully designed period homes, with a heavy emphasis on the restoration of original features and creation of contemporary spaces.
Rapid Expansion
Our development companies have sold tens of millions of pounds worth of property over the last 8 years and we continue to expand rapidly.
Our current development pipeline sits at c. £20m (GDV) and annual turnover from development related activities is expected to reach £12m in 2025.
