Knight James Investments was set up as way for us to reinvest some of the profits from our development businesses, by acquiring long term, high yielding assets, which also offer scope for capital appreciation and ideally with future development potential.

Along with long term property purchases, the company is also our vehicle for more generalised investment within the group: from purchasing equities to angel investing.
