Knight James Acquisitions was set up in 2018 to try to monetise a number of ‘deals’ that we were not the right fit for our property development business. The business has gone on to be successful, sourcing a number of properties and sites for our retained clients.

What sets us apart is, unlike most 'search agencies', we have a proven track record in securing sub-market value properties, having done this through our development companies for approaching 20 years.  

The business also works as a feeder of business to Knight By Design, with many acquisition clients going on to use our sister company to build out their new purchases.
